I know there’s lots of excitement about the sequel to the amazing Born to Run by @chrismcdougallauthor and @borntoruncoach from @souvenir_press . It’s available in the U.K. today!!

I learnt loads about all the injuries you can pick up as a runner and how not to pick them up at all, through doing the illustrations for chapter 15. Always a pleasure to work alongside the talented book designer @louiselefflerdesign too.

This is an amazing book for the runner in your life, I’ve got one, though he’s not embraced barefoot running yet. He’ll be a convert once he’s read this book I’m sure.
